Standard orders ship in 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be considered to have been received the following business day.

I have a group order, do I get a discount?"

Yes, if you have a group of 6+ items with the SAME design we offer a group discount!  Email info@yellowspokepromo.com and we can help you design and launch your group project!

What size should I get?

All brands and sizes vary.  We usually suggest ordering up a size, nobody wants a shirt that is to small!  Please contact us if you would like to get measurements for a specific item.

Help! How do I wash this?

We know it doesn't always go this way but, we suggest washing your decorated garmets inside out, in cold water, hang dry and WEAR OFTEN!

Can I return/exchange?

Unfortunetely, no. Each item is made to order just for you, therfore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  If there is an order mistake on our part, please contact us and we will assist in a remake.

I needed my order yesterday, can I get it that quick?"

Custom apparel takes time and LOVE. We get all orders made and ready as soon as we can.  Standard production time is typically 5-7 business days.
